Bali Air was an airline based in Jakarta, Indonesia, a regional subsidiary of Bouraq Indonesia Airlines. The airline ceased scheduled operations in 2005 the same year as Bouraq declared bankruptcy, citing financial concerns. The Transportation Ministry in February 2007 delayed license revocation of 11 idle airlines, including Bali Air, to give restructuring opportunities to the operators.

The airline was established in 1973 and was formerly known as Bali International Air Service. It was wholly owned by Bouraq, itself now defunct.

Note: Most of these destinations were mostly also operated on behalf of Bouraq Indonesia Airlines until 2005 and the airline turns into a charter operation for another years before ceasing the whole operations including charter flights.
